2017 is here and everyone has prepared a list of things they want to achieve. The most common one is losing weight. Yoga, as we all know, is one of the best form of exercise for every body type. This form of yoga is relaxed compared to others as it helps you meditate. It requires you to hold your poses for around 4 to 5 minutes. It is more of a slow paced form of Yoga. Yin yoga is specially beneficial if you are looking at meditation and achieving inner peace. Hmmm… reminds of Master Shifu from Kung Fu Panda! Inner Peace!!!
2. Aqua Yoga
Aqua yoga is the most interesting kind of yoga. The yoga asanas are performed in a swimming pool. This helps you carry out the most difficult yoga pose with ease and also uses up a good amount of energy to do the same! Burn it TIGER!
3. Aerial Yoga
Aerial Yoga, as the name says it all is performed in the air just like Aerial dancing. A special kind of hammock is attached to the ceiling and supports the performer during the asanas. Core strength and body strength is what this yoga focuses on. Well, this form of yoga can also be named “HAWA HAWAI” 🙂

Don’t we all know about Suryanamaskar? It is energetic and fast. Similarly, there is Chandra namaskar which includes stretched and focuses on relaxation of the body. The best time to perform Chandra Namaskar is during evening at the time of sunset. Are you eager to try this out?
5. Burn Yoga
This form of yoga is very helpful in losing weight quickly. The asanas are involve many stretching and particularly concentrate on breathing. The hot condition of the room helps with losing weight. Feeling hot …hot… hot!
